Detection, Investigation and its effective Countermeasure of Cyanides and Cyanogen in Natural Occurring Food Substance and as a Chemical threat to Human, respectively

Abstract: it is imperative to remove the Cyanogenic Glycoside from natural – occurring food substances, such as Apple, Cassava and apricot, which contains mainly Hydrogen Cyanide and Cyanogen. We must able to remove cyanide completely out from Cassava due to the fact that over 500 million People feed on it throughout the world. Therefore, the 500 million + people feed on Cassava based product will be prone to respiratory syndrome, eye defect and also the Motor neuro Cell in their body will be working in dysfunction due to the level Consumption of Cyanide ingested by the people. The average value of level of Cyanide present in Cassava is about 269ppm/ mg/kg, which is more than 101 % accepted level of Consumption of Cyanide by International Cyanide Management Code, ICMC and Organization for the Safety and Health Authority, in which the level per permissible exposure of Cyanide is pegged at 5mg per Meter cube or per kilogram.
