Good morning, Mr. Chairperson, distinguish representative of member states, United Nations Officials, International Organization, Civil Society, non – governmental Organization, and ladies and gentlemen. On behalf of My delegation, the center for Countermeasures against Chemical and Biological Warfare Agents present its compliment of the day and has the honor to present our statement for the 2025 First session of the Group of Governmental expert on emerging technologies in the area of Lethal Autonomous Weapon System. We start making our statement from the continuous aggression of Russia on Ukraine in the area of using weapon of mass destruction on Ukrainians, illegal occupying some territories of the Ukraine and annexing the part of Ukraine to themselves, typical examples are Crimea, Luhansk, Mykolayiv, and Zaporizhzhia Oblasts and so on.
