Candidacy Vaccine for Medical Countermeasure of Novel Coronavirus, Ribonitrogensic_Riboviral

Coronavirus are important agents of gastrointestinal diseases in humans and animals. In human, a species known as SARS, Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome coronaviruses causes highly contagious respiratory diseases. In 2012, another coronavirus capable of causing a severe acute respiratory diseases later known as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus, (MERS-Cov) was discovered in humans. The first case was discovered in Saudi-Arabia. The Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (MERS-Cov) is a life-threatening respiratory diseases with a high case fatality rate. In the late December 2019, a virus apparently closely related to SARS Coronavirus emerged in Wuhan China. The Wuhan Coronavirus caused an illness similar to SARS, Characterized by Fever and Respiratory Symptoms. The coronavirus was named Novel Coronavirus and codenamed nCovid-19 by the World Health Organization in the early February, 2020. In this project , we are going to examined , how these coronaviruses is been i...

Center For Countermeasures Against Chemical and Biological Warfare Agents and Cardiac Diseases (CCACBWA

Image
Our Programs seeks to preserve combat effectiveness through timely provision of medical countermeasures in response to Joint Service Chemical Warfare Defense Requirements. The fundamental orientation of the program is to protect Armed Forces and the Civilian from the effects of chemical warfare agents by developing protective, pretreatment, and prophylactic products, providing products usable by the individual Service member for immediate treatment of chemical warfare agent exposures, developing antidotes/therapeutics to chemical warfare agents, defining care procedures for chemical warfare agent casualties, and advancing management of these casualties. The medical countermeasures are intended to preserve and sustain the Service members’ combat effectiveness in the face of combined threats from chemical and conventional munitions on the integrated battlefield. a. Maintain the technological capability to meet present requirements and counter future chemical warfare agent threats: The pr...

Top 10 MOST DANGEROUS CHEMICAL

Image
Expand 10. Digoxin A    purified extract of the foxglove plant .  In proper quantities, digoxin increases the efficiency of the heart. Charles Cullen, a nurse and the "angel of death", used pharmaceutical grade digoxin to kill over forty patients   using the drug. 9. Hydrogen peroxide The hydrogen peroxide in your bathroom cabinet has a concentration of 3 to 6%. At higher concentrations, it's a   rocket propellant .  Hydrogen peroxide is ex tremely volatile, with the merest nudge setting off an explosion in  laboratory grade solutions (>70% hydrogen peroxide). The 2005 London subway bombers   used concentrated hydrogen peroxide as an explosive in the attacks that killed 52 people.   8. Ethylene glycol It's in your car as antifreeze. It's cheap.  It looks so damn simple. It has a   moderate toxicity   level, however, the sweet taste can make o ne easily surpass that boundary, le...

Countermeasure Against Chemical and Biological based Threat (SodasulphaneCobalamin)

Sulphanecobalamin  (N a 4 S 5  CoC 69 N 15 H 89 O 26 )  is an antidote for Chemical weapons, which detoxify and decentralized the toxic substances in some chemical based threat mainly.  Classical chemical agent threat categories include vesicant or blister agents (e.g., sulfur mustard), blood agents (e.g., cyanide), respiratory agents (e.g., phosgene), and nerve agents (e.g., GA or Tabun, GB or Sarin, GD or Soman, and VX) as well as lung damaging agents (Chlorine, diphosgene). It dissociate the toxic components in each chemical weapons, either nerves agent, blister agent or mustard gas to a nontoxic substance when administered and doesn't have any adverse effects unlike Atropine (which has little effect on nicotinic effect, such as muscle twitching, flaccidity) and other antidotes been tested for neutralizing or countermeasures for a particular chemical based threat.  It displaces the Cyanides to a free toxic compound, thiocyanocobalamin .It removes the burn...
